Default Balljoints

Everytime i back my car and cut the wheel the left i always hear like a clunk from underneath the driver side floor, and even when im slowing pulling out to the left i can hear it clunking a little. Now I'm thinking its my ball joint might be going bad, my cuzin said he installed a new one but i dont believe him. Im not really sure what else it could be. Alls i can find online is the Steeda X2 balljoints. All the infos say the same thing, there ideal for lowered mustangs. Well my car is not lowered, will they still work fine? those are the only ones i can seem to find so any info would be appreciated
