99 Cobra Question

Do 99 Cobras and I guess Mustangs in general have a factory rev limiter or a shift light in the dash? I was getting on it a little today chasing an SL Benz and the thought came to me. Thanks

they have a rev limiter yes, 7250 i think is it for cobras? i could be wrong, but no shift light...
