jus put a rebuilt tranny in my 03 cobra it has a whining sound in it now,,also sometimes hard to put in gear,,already put another cable i know i need to replace the throw out bearing but i dont htink thats the problem with the whining but y is it so hard to put into geaar sumtimes,,especially when im trying to go into third under load it jus wont go in sumtimes i need help please....

not trying to challenge your work or anything but did you rebuild the transmission yourself? and did you use the same clutch and stuff? your throwout bearing sounds like the issue on hard to get in gear, and under a heavy throttle it could also be your pressure plate. ive seen it happen in a friends car.
