whats up guys i have a 98 cobra and was thinking on selling and putting the money on a down payment on a 03/04 cobra always loved them just wondering if its anything like my 98 and is there any difference between the 03 and 04 and what numbers are they running stock at the track let me know thanks guys

 

03/04 are nearly identical the 03 has some 10th anniversary stuff, seats and whatnot powerplants/trannys/drivetrain identical they are rated at 12.90s but i've seen better out of them. and no its nothing like your 98 lol

They're about the same...Just color's & far fewer production #'s in 04....I would search for the best possible deal!

The only real major differences outside of color, are small things.. like I believe there isn't a net in the driver's cabin like there is on the 03' and small things like that.

The 2004's did come with a bit of better emissions though; however, you're not really going to notice that as you didn't buy it new. The 2003's had a Gas Guzzler tax on it.

 

True, the cats were changed on the 04 to get 1 mpg better than the 2003, and thus having that tax removed....10th Anniversary Edition Cobra in 2003 came in 3 colors, Black, Red & Silver, special badging, carbon fiber trim, red interior inserts and red calipers + different wheels....

 

Terminator was nothing more than a code name within SVT when they were designing the 03/04 Cobras, it just stuck and is just a nickname.
