yeah.. they say the contact patch is the same.. but i don't buy it...

Burn out until you see smoke in the side mirror... then I just actually did a quick feather and dump.. but that's why I bogged out... I was still "learning" the clutch on this car for racing it... but watch the below vid... and look at my tach you'll see where it is for the launch and then you'll see the bog down because of the traction...

Note: that run itself sucks because my clutch quadrant was blown so I could barely shift the car.

haha somewhere in the mid 12's... Couldn't you tell how slow I was shifting the thing? lol.. the clutch wouldn't engage the new shift...

It was one of many things that I needed to change; part of the reason I no longer have the car... turned into a PITA.

Yeah, but you didn't have a car that should have been running deep 11's, lol

ya so I made 15 passes and the best was a 7.86 with a 1.93 60 foot. I was okay with that since it wuz my first time on a track but i really think that I couldn't drive the car to its fullest potential. What does everyone else think? The track was really tacky so I would rev to 3-4 k then let out kinda fast and bog. other than that I dont kno where to pick up time. I heated my 315 nittos pretty well and they stuck but just couldnt seem to drop the time any more. My first pass ever on a track I pulled 8.2s and then just kinda got the hang of it. I really appreciate everyone's input it wuz very helpful and I didnt break anythin.
