Default dyno tune #'s

so me and my room mate constantly argue about cars, and i constantly inform him that his 05 gto is gay

but today we were discussing dyno tunes and i told him that you can get way more HP by dyno tuning a cobra than you can get by dyno tuning a 6.0l gto

so my question is, what are the biggest #'s you guys have seen from dyno tuning alone on the 03/04 cobras and on the gt-500's as well?

For one gto's are not gay. There are some really quick ones out there. So many factors play in when you dyno tune a car. Its pretty much comes down to what mods you have and how good the tuner is.

i know that there a quick gto's but i give him hell anyway because his is stock aside from a "lou's short stick" and an MSD dashawk, and because he talks **** about the 66 coupe that im building

but lets say you had a completely stock 03/04 cobra / gt500

what are the best #'s that can be expected

8-15rwhp on a stock car. I wouldnt really bank on anymore then that. I would never pay to get a dyno tune on a stock car thoe.

o haha. I mean if it was free I would. But dyno tuning isint the cheapest thing. Thats why I wouldnt waste the money for it on a stock car.

$$$$ would be a concern, but, a neat concept to see how much a Stock Cobra could pick-up on a dyno playing with a tuner...
