Default anyone with 600 rwhp ?

ok i got a 03 cobra , with kennebell 2.6 and a sra with 3.73s , with 315 nitto r's , my problem is i cant get no traction now. i was wondering if swap to a 3.27 gear would help.
any owners with 600 rwhp and 3.27s ?

the 3.73 spin 1st and second gear are useless now.
it appears to me that it runs through the gears way to quick.

im not sure how much more shudder it will give me with the 3.27s , when i had the stock 3.55s it shudder i bit , 3.73s no shudder.

i really dont run it at the track its more a crusier ,but i would like to hook better, it feels as if it was faster all stock.

Stock Suspension? ....3.27's should help, but 600hp, you're going to spin the wheels in colder weather.

I would have said to stick with the IRS, I swapped to an 01 Cobra IRS and spent a little on suspension and it hooks like a dream, but yeah, I'm using a centri blower and running a 3.55's and I wouldn't suggest anything higher, so I think with the KB you might want to look at a set of 3.31:1 gears, they might be a good compromise

Wow... This thread is full of fail... Even with 3.27's, traction is going to be a B!TCH!! That's what happens when you have 600+ rwhp on a PD blower powered cobra... Throttle control IS your best friend, in the first 2 gears...

i got these 315 nittos on 17x10.5 cobra rims. i was looking for a tire that was good in the rain , this is my vaction or going out of town car mostly. so i didnt want to get stuck in the rain .
i wanted hoosier dr's 315s on a 17 in rim. but not good at all in the rain.

i found on my other car that even the stickest et streets dont hook on the street, they only hook at the track ,in the pre heated sticky rubber .

...Mickey's really not meant for the streets, let alone the rain! ....Sounds like you need to tune the suspension to match your HP...
