I would recommend you go with H&R Race springs. They give you around the same drop as the prokits if you reuse the isolators.
Problems I've read with the H&R's, which I think are a great spring, is that they drop the car too much (for me that is!) + a "softer" spring a little better for the drags...

...I really don't want to go go then an 1" up front & I think the H&R's are 1.6" ...Steeda also makes a spring that drops 1", but more $$$

I ended up with H&R Sport springs which ran like $270ish shipped from Leathel performance. Between the spring install, camber kit install and exhaust install and aliegnment it came around $1,000 (Labor only). Parts ran me 270 springs, $200 for camber kit and I got a set of SLP lm1 resontors due to I have a magnaflow catback on it and really liked the tips vs SLP tips. Place did a GREAT job (Injection connection - Horsham, PA).

Hopefully this weekend will be nice to take pics but its suppose to be FREEZING.

Also it seems like alot of people switch from sport springs to race springs due to how low it is. I havent bottomed out on anything yet but I m sure I will. As of now I can only put one finger between the tire and fender up front (Poor mans measure). Pics make it look alittle higher then what it is but the stance is perfect.

The Sport springs drop 1.6 front and 1.5 rear. The springs dont ride as ruff as I though they would which kinda worries me but I think their the best way to go. Lucky I dont have a low driveway haha.
