DYNO TUNE COST?

DYNO TUNE COST?
I recently added underdrive pulleys and have an H pipe flowmaster exhaust and K&N cold air intake. This forum suggested that I Dyno tune. In locating a place to have this done I found a local shop who would do it for $440. Is this a normal price? It seems high to me.
I live in the Brandon, Florida area. Is there another more reasonable shop?
Thanks for your continual help.

well if you plan on doing a few more things to it in the near future get yourself a handeld x cal 3 and you can tune it to each new mod then when you think your done dyno it...in ohio i have seen crappy tuners at 100-200 and supposed to be good ones round 500...i would find some other mustang ppl round there go to some car shows find guys with sc and ask them where they got there stuff tuned and if they recommend that place

the shop i go to charges $125 an hour, and they say if they were to use my predator, they could custom make a tune in about an hour for what i have done.
as Blackvenom says, get yourself a handheld tuner, they're idiot proof and when you start getting crazy on the mods, you can take that thing to a tuner and have him program in and save to your tuner so you can switch back and forth from tunes yourself
argh, i wish i would have bought the XCAL instead of my Diablosport

nahh the predator is not garbage.. but it is limited to only holding one tune. thats the crappy part, so if you want a street/track tune, its not the tuner for you. but its worth the money if your not reaching for the stars.

for my chip tune and dyno time its was $500 wich isnt too bad considering most chips will run you around $300 and it can take anywhere from 1-3 hours on the dyno depending on complications etc, usually only ~1 maybe 2 hours tho.
