Thanks.. I figured they would be something expensive... would the other one I picked be hard to install?? the site says 10 hours and to be an expert mechanic?? didnt think swapping bushing would be so hard.

haha no you dont have to be an expert mechanic you just have to look and see what you need to take off and remember excatly how it goes back....writing it out always helps too....i guess compared to most americans you would be a master mechanic

The control arm bushings are a PITA. Not really difficult to do, but it is a good amount of labor. All my bushings were done at the same time so I couldn't tell you how long it took for just the control arms.

I got this same problem...but only while under moderate boost conditions above 40 MPH (50%+ throttle)(10psi+). Not only does the rear end studder(almost feels like wheel hop) but the rpms/supercharger stagger with it(figured this could be a drivetrain issue rather then suspension) This is greatly affecting my performance. I replaced all my IRS bushings with poly's, got a Diff bracket and checked my U-joints. All are good. I recently put H&R race springs in and double checked everything. I can't figure this out. Once the weather gets better I will post a video and see if any of you have experienced my problem. Its almost like its misfiring but im not getting any misfire counts. The car had been professionally modded and tuned by Crazy Horse Racing in NJ. Im wondering if this also could be a bad tune due to it only happening in WOT conditions. Ill list my mods below..

Engine/Exhaust :
- 92mm Granatelli Motor Sports Mass Airflow Sensor
- Polished Accufab Single blade TB
- 60# Siemens Deka High Impedance Injectors
- Stage 3 Eaton port
- Crazy Horse Racing 2.81 pulley w/ Custom Idler pulleys
12-14 psi boost
- SCT custom tune, dyno'd at 480 RWHP 512 RWTQ
- Bassani x-pipe w/cats
- Flowmaster Catback Super 40's

Suspension/Brakes :
- MM Full Length Subframe Connectors
- Bilstein front shocks
- QA1 adjustable rear shocks
- MM IRS/Subframe Urethane bushings
- 13inch slotted/drilled rotors
- H&R Race Springs

Drivetrain :
- Centerforce 11inch DFX Clutch/flywheel, 26-spline input shaft
- MGW short throw shifter
- Steeda IRS Diff bracket

I have replaced these bushings on several cobras. The only time it didnt fix the clunk was on my car... found a cracked pinion nut.
