no udp... they suck anyway. Also don't get a procharger unless its an F-1. I recommended Novi 2000 for a reason, use the search and find out why.

yes.... a novi will take you to about 22lbs. Dont believe those retarded charts by procharger or KB... they are full-0-crap. the vortech charts are lower, but they are correct. Imo vortech makes more power model to model in comparison to procharger. I did see somebody make some monster numbers with the new 2.8 mammoth, but its was still a crazy tune and race gas

 

I'm not a great fan of the Vortech blowers. You have to put a hole in the oil pan and I just don't want to mess with all that. I'll probably either go with KB or Procharger. Not sure which.

 

So much biased opinions. There is nothing wrong with procharger. A p1sc can easily be upgraded to a d1sc, because they use the same housings.

My 2001 cobra, on a stock engine, and 6lbs of boost made 390 rwhp on a 2 core intercooler. On 10lbs and a 3 core intercooler, I'm sure upwards of 450 rwhp would have been achieved...

If you are running 8lbs or more, you will need a fuel pump and maf upgrade...

Any you will need injectors for anything over 5 lbs of boost...

 

If you get KB, I would not run more than 8 psi on their kit. For b series heads, they do not make an intercooled kit, so your IAT's will be high... And much less eficient than an intercooled kit.

10psi from a procharger > 7psi from KB...

 

That's funny, because IMO, the NOVI 2000 is junk compared to Procharger...

I agree by comparison, no question. But this guy is trying to do it on the cheap, I tried to recommend something he could use now and grow with later. p1 and d1 sc are crap im my experience. The F-1 was sick and had no problems
