intercooler

i installed a front mount intercooler that is taking up 70% of my radiator a now my 97 cobra is running hot on the highway. any suggestions

So when you rear end someone, your steel bumper support won't get damaged. That's the most valuable part of your car.

It will uncover your intercooler and radiator. The support covers around 50-60% of it. Removing it makes a substancial difference...I just modified mine.
