Unhappy 96 Cobra problem :(

When my car is in gear it feels like the car is stuttering. I've changed the oil, fuel filter, and spark plugs. It was feeling better after I did this but now it's as bad as it was when it started. This all happen after running seafoam through the car. Any ideas?

When I ran the seafoam I put a third (of the bottle) in the oil, third in the gas tank and a third in the vacuum line. I drove around with about a third tank of gas for a little bit after this before filling up. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

which vaccum line did you put it in? did you put it to where it goes before any sensor. it sounds like a MAF sensor problem to me. my 98 was doing some stuttering and a lil lunging so i cleaned my MAF sensor, IAC, And Throttle Position sensor and it stopped doing it. but when you put the seafoam into your oil, and by putting it into the vaccum, it causes the seafoam to go all the way to your valves which is a good thing but it could have broken up some garbage and just needs to be flushed out. im just throwing things at you. i need a lil more details about when exactly it started and what you did before it started.
