Default still getting some belt slip

ok so i was at the track 2 weeks ago and after a few runs i noticed some belt dust on the inside of the upper idler, i have the metco idler setup it as the 90mm on the upper and 100mm on the lower if i remember right i couldnt put the 100mm on the upper and i dont think i can get a belt thats just a 1/4" shorter the next size down will probly be too short. looking for some other options, i know i can run a bigger crank pulley but i was talkin to a few guys at the track and they said they were having better luck with the stock sized crank pulley.

also anyone ran the hpp 2 step launch control or similar was also thinking about putting one on for a bit more consistency thoughts on that?

try the next size down and get someone to help you get the belt on.

id rather not put the tensioner under that kind of load unless i have to, not only are you risking runing the tensioner but also the bearings in every other idler pulley on that belt, last resort i will try to run the next size down but i i think the tensioner bottoms out against the stop.
