i own a 03 Mach made 320 RWHP and 340 RWTQ N/A and run 12.5s @113 on street DRs i see 03-04 cobras with well more than 100 RWHP and they do about the same maybee a 12.1 occasionally

 

It all comes down to who is the better driver!

 

I love my Mach 1, but in terms of cost-effective modding, it has to be the worst Mustang to start with if you want a supercharger. The block is aluminum making it a weak point, and the compression is high for what boosted cars run. In this case, you'd be better off building up a GT or just buying a Cobra.

On the other hand, if you aren't going supercharged, the Mach is probably the most cost-effective option. In stock form, you get a car that outruns GT's with normal bolt ons.

i think the 03 cobra's look soooo sick, i wish i had the money for one. insane to pick a mach over it.
