Default programming ?

how can i tell if somebody has a chip on my car? and is it possible to tell if they had it tuned with a tuner?

i was at a dyno day and the guy said it looked like my car was setup for a supercharger and i should check for those things, i also have to set my timing back to stock it is advanced 4 degrees and is causing problems with the car

What did he hook up to your car to tell you it was advanced?
And for the clutch pull up on the pedal this is how you adjust a stock clutch cable

It matters because it he didn't hook anything up to your car there is no way tell your car is advanced 4°. I'd be hesitant to trust anything that guy told you. Sounds like he might have noticed you didn't have a clue and just fed you a bunch of crap
Take a picture of the Clutch firewall adjuster and someone will chime in on what one it is and how to adjust it.
