torque specs for spark plugs?
Never tighten them when the engine is warm. It will get tighter than desired when the engine cools. Always use a small (doesn't take much) amount of anti-seize. This will help not to remove material from the plug hole when you remove them later. I always torque them to the factory spec. I will look it up when I get home. Over tightening will stress the threads and you will eventually blow out a plug. It may take a few plug changes but in time it will happen if you skip one of the above steps. In most of our heads there are only 4 threads holding the plug in.
+1 15newton meters or 11 ftlbs~ or 136 (check my math) inch pounds. I plan to change mine soon. I think stock gap is as stated above as well, remember they have like 3 different set of plugs from the first run in 03 onward so you may need to check what you have.
I would also use a VERY VERY VERY tiny bit of antiseeze (also very tiny bit lol)
