Yea i like the look of it being dropped about an inch.. Just not 2..
With the long tubes i have. I cant go over ANYTHING without a ton of scrape. I go across the middle of a speed bump with there is a gap and still hit stuff. Every driveway i pull in and out of etc.. It has been hit on the long tubes a few times to the point of where it actually caused it to loosen a tad and created and exhuast leak.

I know they don't say for your year car...but those are the numbers. Maybe they're interchangeable or a cob job?

Thanks for the info.
Anyone have the OEM springs off of their Cobra. I am guessing 94-98 would all be the same. If you have them let me know what kind of numbers you are showing on them
Thanks

Which longtubes do you have? My ARH Longtubes + midpipe give me better clearance than my stock H haha. I'm running the H&R Sport Springs. Poor ride quality and ground clearance are just some of the many things that come with owning a mustang, not much you can do about it

I have the BBK headers
How much drop do you get with the H&R?
I have other friends with Mustangs that are lowered but they dont scrape nearly as bad as I do in certain areas. I would just prefer a little less drop than 2 full inches

I have H&R Super Sport springs and I got 1 3/4" drop all around. Wish it were just a little more though. (aside from ground clearance of course)

About 1.6 all around. That's why you scrape because bbk's have sh*tty ground clearance. Save up and get yourself a nice set of 1 3/4th ARH or Kooks and ditch that 1 5/8th, that's to small IMO.

OK guys i called Ford and they are saying that the springs listed above are for a 01-04 Mustang. Didnt specify Cobra, Mach 1 or GT etc..
Does anyone know if the springs from those years will fit a 98?

If they are GT springs they will fit.
I'm going to sound like a Dick here and I don't mean to but I can't believe you are thinking about putting those 4X4 springs on your car.
The easy solution is to take a different route than one that requires you to go over speed bumps or put the stock manifolds back on it( I'll trade you for mine). or different headers.
