Default header gaskets

I was wanting to see what everyone thought about header gaskets for my 97 Cobra. I don't want the compressed fiber type, but was looking at either a steel lined lamniated version or the copper clad type (like the SCE Gasket 4146). I will be running the car at open track events on road courses with mid to high rpm levels most of the times and don't want to blow out a gasket. I also saw some soft aluminum type header gaskets as well.

Any comments?

Thanks,
tncobra

When I did my longtubes my tuner told me nothing is better than OEM gaskets. So I went to ford and ordered OEM ones.
