where in MI are you?

got my car in the summer of 07 (17 almost 18yrs. old)

insurance (farm bureau) under my dads name full coverage 500k liability...

summer of 07 = ~$380 a month
summer of 08 = ~$250 a month
summer of 09 = ~$170 a month

hopefully this summer is 100 lol

i am about to switch to Grundy. they quoted me a year with no mileage limit and $25,000 agreed value. I will be 27 in a few months. $380 a year with no deductible.

Not bad....

500k liability with Barrett-Jackson as well!

that quote was with 100k liability but i have the option of 300k and 500k. i will get quotes on them before i take out the policy.

right now with Geico my 6mo premium is around $570

I am 22 and have not had a ticket or anything since 2005, Im gonna look around Geico is saying 160 a month so thats a little better

....Also look into "Defensive Driving" class to save an additional 10%!! ...you're still a little young for the speciality insurance, BUT ay least you have a Cobra!! GL

I pay $98 a month for my GT and jeep cherokee, full on the stang, comp on the jeep

WOW! I thought my insurance was high! I'm 24, have full coverage on my 98 Cobra with a 500 deductible and it comes to about 90/month. Hopefully it goes down when I turn 25...

anyone know if Grundy will insure a Mustang GT or do they only handle higher class cars like your Cobras? I am planning on calling them in the morning but curious if one of y'all might know. I would love to have a Cobra & hope to get one in the near future but I'm real happy with my stroked Gt for now..
