Best Exhaust for a Stock 96 Cobra is?
The only thing I am doing to my Cobra is putting exhaust on it... Since its almost time to pull her sexy *** out of storage I would like some advice on what exhaust system sounds best on a completely stock 96 Cobra.... I don't want it ridiculously loud, but I want it loud enough for people to know, that was a cobra that just smoked my *** haha! So any youtube videos or recommendations you have for me would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks!

I've heard many sn95 cobras with the "Magnaflow Magnapack" Exhaust and it sounds so good. The best think I could tell you is to go on youtube and listen to different exhaust clips and pick what you like. Everyone likes different sounds. Like me, I hate Flowmaster and Mac. Everyone and their grandmother has flowmasters on their mustang lol.

Well I agree with you on the flowmasters... I am tired of those... Ive even wore that sound out... You are right though, its hard to get a good opinion on an exhaust system since its mainly your preference, but if anyone has any stock cobras with just exhaust work done to it, id like to hear what they sound like or an honest opinion on them...

...Really it's up to you & your budget!! ... Kim's Cobra has the Dynomax 3" Ultra Flo's and they sound really good IMO, plus different!!

OP - If you are looking for a catback that is mellow at idle and mellow at cruise but roars at WOT, you might wanna look into a steeda catback. That is what I am running on my car.

mustang3 I definitely like the sound of that.. Sounds damn good!! Are you happy with it? If you could get a different exhaust would you or are you very satisfied with what you have now? How much did that setup cost you around?
MFJ yours sounds very good 2, but you have some mad cam action going on there... Cant get a good idea with that cam in it... But that indeed does sound sweet!
