Default Replacing Injectors

I am out of fuel on my stock injectors (24lb) on my 1997 Cobra with a small Kenne Bell twin screw. I have the car tuned and it turns 376RWHP. My question is.....if I put in new 42 or 60lb injectors will the car run and will I be able to safetly drive it about 60 miles to have it retuned?

It will run, but not very well at all. Drive it to the tuner, and then get the injectors installed over there. Your computer will be dumping way too much fuel, if you just throw the injectors in there with no tune. And that CAN damage your engine. If you run it that rich, it can wash out your cylinder walls and ruin your rings.
