Vibration
I just got my stage 3 Clutch installed and everything seemed to be great for about 2 months. I got in the car and was drivng with the windows up and heard so slight vibration underneath the shifter boot. Its hard to hear over the exhaust unless you have no A/C on and no radio. It only vibrates between 1500 and 3000 rpms and only if I am accelerating. As soon as my foot comes off the gas its gone, and as soon as any pressure to the gas (equalling acceleration) its back. I put it up on the jack stands and looked at the bearings and it seems to be okay. I saw no damage to the yolk. There is play in the drive shaft where i can spin it about an inch back and forth. There is no other movement. I know the rear end is tight and so is the motor. when I am standing and and just running there is no noise. Please help. I dont want to waste any money if I dont have to. FYI there is no slipping in the tranny or gears. The entire rear end is BRAND new IRS and the car has 4:30 gears and thats the only other noise I can hear is them just whinning like normal.

could be one of your universals going going out...also driveshafts are balanced like wheels one of the weights could have fallen off....could be a shock tranny mounts from the strong new clutch torquing it....possible loose exhaust sorta hard to tell without seein or hearing it
