Default X pipe and off road

I called my local shop today to get a quote on how much to off road and X pipe. Also asked about the 02 censor adapter. They told me $180 for the X pipe, and $300 for a chip that replaces the 02 censor. $300? WTF?

Just use a tuner to turn OFF the rear O2 sensor's....also, the 04's require a longer harness to the rear o2's....

I have a question for ya. When I bought the car, the owner put a MRT catted H-Pipe and a Magnaflow Cat-back system. Why? To me it would make more since to put a full system from the same brand, or am I missing something here?

maybe he likes the sound of the magnaflows. theres a good amount of people running different brand combos on their exhaust setup.

I run ARH Longtubes, ARH off-road x, and steeda catback and it sounds pretty damn good. I'm thinking about changing my catback to something different because I'm bored of the sound.
