i have a 96 cobra and i have replaced both the canister purge valve and the flow sensor and replaced the line goin to the canister. all other vacuum lines look goods. has anyone replaced the vacuum line that runs back to the tank? and is it a pain to do? could it be the canister? all help is appreciated

 

Welcome to MF!! ...never replaced either, vacuum line back shouldn't be to hard to replace, GL!!

...Have you just tried clearing the code?

 

yeah i have cleared it and it taunts me from time to time.... it went off long enough to pass emissions then came back the next day. even though i know nothing is wrong with the motor its just sad looking at it lol
