Default How do I stop my shift fork from shaking?

I have a 2003 Cobra. Recently my shift fork started rattling against the encasement. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this? or why it started do this. My Terminator only has 40K on it.

I took the casing off and watched it move back and further while someone held the clutch down slightly. And I saw the rubbing from the casing and the shift fork
