Meth Injection-Blown 96 Cobra. Good or bad?
Does any one have concerns with useing meth injection. I have a 96 Cobra newer stock motor with 2.1 non-intercooled KenneBell Blower. Im thinking about buying a Meth kit from SNOW performance. Good idea or bad?

well i assume your just gonna spray directly into your intake since your non intercooled...in that case i would say go for it...i love my meth kit it makes a world of diff in warm weather....without meth the temp gauge will be over half with it its underhalf...mine starts spraying at 10psi to 20psi.....its not a perfect system so when trying to tune it dont go too radical with timing just incase you have a blip in the meth or it runs out or what not....when mines goes low it starts cuttin timing so i have fail safe....but i support it dude you can truly feel the power diff

let me say this it doesnt necesarrily had much of any hp or torgue my set up was 7hp and 25ftlb but where its nice is it saves your hp from heat saturation where everyone else is drastically slowing down from the heat

ya mine does hook to the ecu i have a AEM meth kit...only prob i ever ran into was when i was dynoing it the tuner didnt hook up an extra batterie for all his equipment and the meth bliped from all the power it drew along with his devices now that its on the road it works perfect...and thanks man add me on fb if you havent yet

the kit was on my car when i baught it...i would go with snow though i think at one time aem was the biggest name for them thats why he got it but i had to do alot of tweaking to it and the tune when i got it the a/f was 9.5 to 9.8 haha my oil smelled like gas thank god the first thing i did was check it out on the dyno lol
