So its been a while since I've been to the Drag's (September '06 to be exact - life has been very busy!!) ....I'm a guy with close to 600 trips down the 1/4 mile, so I'll be ready!! (I ran my old Fox Mustang to a best of 10.51 @ 132.35)

...Last time I was at the track, I ran a 12.09 @ 117.6 and have made many small changes, including picking up some 25 rwhp on the dyno....I'd be real happy to get in the 11.8 range!! Going to be going down with the same Nitto 555 DR's... All about traction & shifting the car

I'll post some numbers tomorrow night....

OK....Home...and have Numbers!!!

Pass 1 ... 275 Nitto DR's, 1.93 60 Ft, 12.25@113 (headwind, spin & Driver was RUSTY)

Pass 2 ... 315 Nitto DR's, 1.85 60 Ft, 12.06@116.21 (headwind & better shifting)

Pass 3 ... RACE TUNE, 1.82 60 Ft, 11.93@122.24 (6 mph w/tune!!! w/headwind)

Pass 4 ... 1.80 60 Ft, 12.05@121.53 (headwind & spinning in 2nd)

....Weather was not bad...wish it was a little COOLER, but I'll take it!!!!

...Well, a set of light wheels, removal of some seats & 3.90 gears...I should be able to get the Cobra deep into the 11's the way it sits!!! Not bad for a STOCK Eaton!

Very nice tim! What kind of light wheels are out there other than steeda's? I've looked into some steeda pentars and also the ultra lights, I'm thinking of going with a lighter wheel also.
