Default 99 Cobra Gasket help!

I am burning some oil in my 1999 Mustang Cobra. I want to replace the valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals and grommet. I hope this will solve the problem. I dont have any leaks on the ground, just burning oil out of the exhaust. Does anyone have tips to help me replace the two? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

This is the link to the gaskets:

i dont wanna sound all negative but sounds more like valve guides, piston rings, etc...i guess it is possible that spark plug tube seals are leakin oil onto plug but unlikely...to get your driver side valve cover off you will have to unbolt the motor mount and jack that side up a few inches...goodluck!!

Ok thanks for your input. I used some Lucas oil additive and I have noticed that I have not burned as much oil. I hope it holds out and I will be switching to high mileage oil to see if that helps.

Bad valve cover gaskets and bad tube seals will not result in oil coming out of your exhaust. There is a much more serious issue going on.

Temp fix for sure. You're gonna need a rebuild

Chances are you just need new valve seals.

I wouldn't even go that far. It's not even a temp fix.
