Chief - You might want to give mgw a look for a short throw. I love mine and it's adjustable!

...To be honest; these are the next 3 things on my list:

1) Centerforce Clutch (w/perhaps 26 spline input shaft)
2) 4# Lower pulley
3) Mr. Whipple (a year or 2 down the road...maybe sooner!)
