Default 2001 Cobra Engine Mods

Can anyone tell me what the engine modifications are in this picture that can be seen? Even the brand and exact product if possible.

I can see that there is a ram air intake kit of some sort.

The main thing I am wondering about is the cooling tube structure that comes out over the alternator. This part looks clearly different than stock but I am not sure what it is from or why it would be replaced. Can anybody shed some light on this or anything else they can see?

Thanks!

You can assume that at one time that car was S/C'ed. That is why that coolant crossover is routed that way

That is what I was thinking. Should I be worried about this car and are there things I should check for? It has 35k miles and I will probably be looking at it this Saturday.

I just looked at the car on the Dealer website. I'm digging those rims. It looks like a beautiful car. Maybe use the proof that it had a S/C in it at one time as a talking the price down opportunity. I used to live in the area where all those dealerships where they seem to be a very good Dealership

Another thing I am curious about is that normally a hose runs from the air intake to the round spot on top of the front of the left head cover. I have also seen this rerouted to other parts of engine with after market parts. On this one it is just filled with a plug or something. I am guessing this is some sort of sensor, should it always be connected somehow or is this OK?

I agree on the rims. I am partial to some of the Cobra rims but think I might prefer those. I am excited to see it!

I did notice that it was within an hour of Holland in your profile!

Anyone have any idea about that missing hose/sensor? I am wanting to figure this out before I look at it Saturday.

Thanks!
