Hi forum..Ive tried searching this out on this forum and google and I cant get a real answer to this question.

Did a 97 Cobra SVT come with a Horse or a Cobra ? I see both.
Does anyone have a picture of a stock grill on a 97 Cobra.?

Reason for asking is I believe my front grill was changed.
It has a Billuet style grill with a Cobra and it needs to be redone,
But I would like to return to stock if it is not the original or delete it.

Almost positive it was a pony. Not 100%, but pretty darn sure. Didn't all the SVT Cobras have a pony in the grill? Wasn't until the GT500s that they started coming stock with the snake...

 

yep pony in the grill snakes on the sides.

 

Yep pony came in the front cobras on the side. And not all Cobras had COBRA in the bumper either.

 

All Cobra's had Pony's on the front from the Factory! (Minus the Shelby's)
