Default 04 cobra clutch

I am looking to buy a new clutch for the cobra. I was thinking about going with a spec stage 3+ but im not sure. Anyone have any input and know if i can use the same flywheel and just get it resurfaced. Also if i purchase the spec clutch do i need to get a clutch adjuster. Thanks guys

the spec 3+ is a very good clutch many guys run these in our cars...its basically the top clutch before you get into dual friction and twin discs....no no no no dont get it resurfaced get you a new aluminum flywheel..dont waiste your clutch with a crappy flywheel but yes you can have it done but DONT lol....no you dont need the clutch quadrant or firewall adjuster does it make it nice yes lol but no its not needed....

make sure you change your throwout bearing and pilot bearing while down there...your spec 3+ should come with a TB but prolly not a PB

Go with the Centerforce Dual Friction, much better than the Spec

there both great clutches and the top 2 out there...it all comes down to personal opinion and what you have ran in your car either one you pick you will be happy with i absolutely love my spec twin disc but i havent had centerforce cuase my spec has never takin a poop lol

as far as bushings and control arms...stangsuspension has a very good kit for your irs and it includes all those bushings its the kit i got def stiffened it as well as riddin me of the god awful wheel hop lol...

now with a control arm you can get on from there or american muscle basiclly the point of gettin new ones is to make it lighter and stronger or fixing one that has broke...so its not worth to me to replace the control arms just for the the bushings...the bushing are real easy to change in them anyways
