Started collecting my IRS parts and I bought some OEM cobra Bilsteins and I'm concerned. They didn't come with dust covers and the spacers are uneven. Also, There is nothing holding up the bottom upper shock mount, the bottom washer is the same diameter as the spacers (or sleeve maybe?)

What do I need to make these work?







these washers are not going to come off, the sleeves are keeping them on.
