Default Borla stingers or ...

I have flowmasters on my 03 from the previous owner but i dont like the sound as much as borla i would think. The tips are small too. I like borla alot but its expensive but i dont car. I like the tips at 3.5 inches and the sound BUT should i get the borla stingers or the borla cat backs???

Either, im pretty sure the stingers are louder than the regular version. I run Magnaflow and they have pretty large good looking tips, and its pretty loud also. I wanted stingers at the time but they were running about 300 bucks more than most other exhausts. Im not unhappy with the magnaflows at all though. Search around, listen on youtube, theres tons of options.

I new i wasnt the only one dislikeing the flowmasters. I just think its got a low rumble then out of know where ar like 4500 rpms its loud. And then the small tips is just lame to me. I measn dont get me wrong its great for older muscle cars but i think in the respect of a svt needs a more intimidating sound (might have mispelled that). I will check out magna flow and bassani. I am not familiar with bassani but i had magna flow on my truck and liked it. I have pypes on my 2006 and i loved it. So i might see whats up with them.

I spent like 2 hours listening to all kinds of exhaust and i am actually down to those two. Loudmouths got my attention and borla is still up there. I am going to do more research

dont get pypes:P they may be cheap, but they fit like crap. 3 sets on 3 different mustangs ive helped install for friends and not a single one fit like it was supposed to. Most of the time with exhaust, you kinda get what you pay for with fitment and quality.
