Reverse light problem

I was wondering to why my reverse lights stay on hv anybody had this problem is it the switch on the transmission please help inspection do this month.

check the switch...could also be a short in the wire cluster running down your tranny causing it to ground out

I had the same problem on my 03' GT. Ended up being the switch that is on the tranny. Cost about $80 to fix, but that was the dealer. Something you can do yourself as long as you can get under the car.
