Lightbulb Can this be

I have a 01 Cobra and I went and I took it to get dynoed and it out 313hp and 317tq. I brought the car with SLP long tube headers, SLP 3in off road x-pipe and the back section and a 4in CAI. I don't know if this car had a programmer on it before I brought it but the back O2 senors are disable. Will it do me any good to buy a SCT programmer.

I'd be more worried about the A/F ratios then the HP....Was that checked?

What you got was spec for a stock '01 Cobra at the crank.... What's the question? These are NA 4-valve motors, not the SC motors of the 2003/2004 Cobra's

on the dyno sheet it said rwhp and rwtq and it was at a Mustang shop so I assume they had a mustang dyno but it was probably dynojet

I'd get the car checked/tuned by a good Mustang tuner....

I'm betting it was a dyno jet dyno which typically reads numbers closer to flywheel rather than rear wheel.
