Knowing my Cobra is a 1 of 72 I think.It got we wondering
as far a Terminators go what are the rarest?

 

If i had to take a guess it would be the mystichrome coupes?

 

The least made were comp orange verts.or coiled I don't remember. There were a decent amount of mysticchromes made but they are the most desired which makes them bring a premium.

 

04 Comp Orange verts - 72
03 Satin Silver verts- 81

those are the lowest.

 

There were/are A LOT of MC Cobra's!!!! 515 Coupe's & 495 Ragtop's!! <---2nd most common, believe it or not! ....My 04 TR Cobra Ragtop is 1 of 167, BUT 1 of 35 with the Graphite (light grey) seats!

 

Yeah they made 1,000+ Mystichromes, but I have never ever seen another one on the road, while I have seen 3 Competition Orange ones around here (at least I think it was 3 different ones). So in percieved rarity, the Mystichrome seems more rare around here.

I think many people are scared to drive their Mystichromes for fear of paint repair prices and whatnot. But I drive the hell outta mine and love it. It turns heads everywhere and people are always coming up to talk to me about it, not just guys but kids, women, even old ladies. They all say the same thing, that they've never seen anything like it. I love that it's such a conversation piece, and seems super rare and special to the masses...

Yeah like he said about, 72 CO convertibles, and 281 coupes. So roughly 1/3 as many total CO Cobras than Mystichromes, yet I've seen more COs than MCs. Go figure...

 

We have "at least" 6 MC Cobra's in my area ... 1 CO Cobra

 

Oh yeah, I forgot, you had mentioned that before... So maybe Competition Orange = Southern Thang, and Mystichrome = Yankee thing...? Woo hoo I am a rebel!

 

we have a mc local and had a co coupe but the guy totaled it a couple years back
