Default kb cobra no boost?

so i dont drive my car at all during the winter it sits, i got it out once earlier this year it seemed to run pretty good, it been parked since. did a quick check over tonight and topped of blower oil etc. took it on the highway boost gauge reads 0, car seemed a bit doggy on the top end too. on the way back doing a 3rd gear pull it felt pretty good but still 0 boost on the gauge. pulled the line at the back of the intake elbow its got vaccum. i believe the boost gauge line is a small black plastic line?? im going to test it out a bit more tomorrow. car seems to run too good for 0 boost at all. the blower still whines and everything. any input would be great lol

Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge?? ....Or is the stock gauge reading "0"?? Almost sounds like the boost gauge broke!

Was it broken before winter or acting up when you were pulling 3rd gears? I dont see the gauge just messing up over winter but i never had the problem. Could the kb be messing up the stock gauge? Ive always wanted to get the 3 pod pillers with digital boost, water temp, and oil temp gauge. Maybe you could look into that?

I was thinking vaccum leak also, have a few more lines to check but doesn't seem to be the case so far. Drove the car yesterday and it runs good but the gauge still doesn't read boost. When I get a chance ill try to force air into the gauge with an air nozel. Its the stock gauge it used to peg that gauge out
