Default RPM with boost question

To the guys that are running boost on their 4v's. what is a safe rpm to shift at under boost? My reason for asking is if my car traps 125mph like i think it might with my 3.27 gears and a 26 inch tire, it will put me a tick over 7k rpms in 3rd. Is that safe with these motors and around 10-12 psi?

the higher you go the more your risk hurting your car man...there made with a rev lim for a reason so you dont kill it but your boosted so that rev lim should be lower then stock in my personal opinion

I've only had my cobra down the track once and I shifted around 5500-6k I was too scared to rev that high because I love my car and I drive it everyday so I was scared on taking a chance of something going boom.
