Default 03 cobra.. Good deal?

Ok guys I am selling my 98GT and buying an 03 cobra. This one for sale is sonic blue 80k miles no wrecks 3 owners and hasn't left NC.

The mods are:
Heat exchanger
Borla catback
2.81" pulley swap
Lowering springs
18" chrome 03 cobra wheels
Bear 14" brake upgrade
Intake and custom tune. Made 465rwhp and 485rwtq. And has almost flawless paint and very good interior. They want 19,800 for it. I think it may. E a little overpriced. What do you think?

I personally think that's a little high considering I see some 03 Cobra convertibles (under 60k miles) for $18.5-$20K

Granted some are more.

I dont know if you can add the mods to the price though. Personally, they are $0.00 add ons during sale.

You can talk it down a little.. Depending on how well it was maintained.. I'd see no reason you couldn't probably get it for 17-18K.. Sonic blue is an amazing color by the way.. Just make sure it was well taken care of and look at every detail inside and out..

Are you trading your GT in or selling outright?

i am going to sell my car for around 5500. and that will be my down payment for the terminator. the car is garage kept and the owner seems to be very meticulous about it. and where i live this is 1 of 3 sonic blue cobras for sale within a 350 mile raduis. and this is the cheapest one.

Then make an offer to him.. Buying a termi comes down to how much you want it vs how much you're willing to pay.. some people who want it a lot want specific colors and will pay extra.. If you're not dead set on specifics then wait it out or look for something a little lower.. Sonic blues are pretty popular, one of my favs right behind a white termi..

i agree with trex. if you're not set on sonic blue then keep looking. if you do really want that color then offer him 18 and see what he says. i dont think the car is quite worth what the owner wants.

My black 03 i bought for 17k. had 71k miles, same bolt ons as the one your looking at plus a midpipe, ftbr bushing kit, irs brace, and subframes. but it doesn't have those nice brakes or wheels. if you're willing to drive a bit look on svtp, there's deals on there all the time.
