Idle and Starting Problem

Idle and Starting Problem
Alright well, I have a 1996 Cobra, needs a rebuild I know this already due to two failing compression rings, (know this from soaked plugs (2) which now have spacers to keep them from getting wet and not firing in theory), head gasket is pretty much gone, white smoke from both exhaust with some water coming out of tailpipes as well as smell of gas in overflow tank. Oil is lighter brown almost grey color from water. I have purchased BlueDevil or something like that for resealing the head gasket temporarily, heard it works good, just haven't put it in yet.
Error codes were originally earlier today a bad camshaft sensor, o2 sensor bank 1 and multiple missfire.
Idle was going up and down randomly for last couple weeks, as well as when the car gets a little warm, it will not start at all, car has to be completely cold for it to start which can take up to 4 hours at points or on cooler nights maybe an hour then it will start. Thought it was camshaft sensor, replaced that and it helped the idle problem quite a bit. Replaced fuel pump with 340 LPM fuel pump, new high torque starter as old one was going out so I though due to it sticking, new one sticks too but turns out its from bad/low battery. Also replaced TPS today which helped the idle it seems like as well. It will idle fine for 2-5 minutes no problem, then a random idle spike at maybe from 800rpm up to 1200-1300rpm then sometimes it will stall out or catch itself in time and go back up, sometimes it will re-idle fine again or sometimes it will go up and down for a good 5-10 seconds before stalling out. I have tested the MAF and seems to be good still, also tested the FPR and seems to be fine, doesn't leak or smell like gas. Checked fuel pressure and should be at 40-70 psi minimum, (I have AMV-11140 fuel pump which is 340lph and 40psi), my car was reading 18psi.
Doing error codes now, the check engine light is off now, o2 sensor and camshaft sensor are gone now as well as misfire, but has a pending code for IAC but could be because it was unplugged checking for bad MAF which MAF passed.
So I am running out of options here, can't figure it out, I still need to floor the gas petal to the floor to start it to allow more air to go into engine for right mixture, car is fuel injected obviously and using gas petal will not effect more gas coming from fuel injectors. Car still will not start once its too warm.
What are your thoughts?

Thanks, idle is fixed now due to replacing the Idle sensor but problem still exists with starting the car once its warm. Screw it, just going to sell the POS. Don't have time or money for this crappy project when the motor was designed by BMW... There is my problem
