Default Thumper or...STUMPER?

Howdy, Newbie here....For 5 months now I have been restoring / building a laser red '96 cobra 'vert ( SVT build # 253 ).

Everything is new, rebuilt, detailed, clean... ect,ect I have completely gone thru this from bumper to bumper..... Looks good...runs terrible...

This car never ran whenI bought it as a severely overheated mechanics special....
I AM IN... DEEP. I am not sure how deep anymore

So,yesterday.. .all excited... it's ready.... I crank it over / start up.SHAKES BAD it has a dead hole #6 / won't rev...feels like limp mode. Timing is locked in at 15 degrees (no advance curve) and o2 sensors are flat (no activity) Is this limp mode????? I started checking basics, rechecking basics

This was a totally dead / non-op /severely overheated basket case before I ever saw the car, it has never run in my presence...see what I am dealing with

The good news...It starts right up, has 65 psi oil press, no engine noise. YES,...
Checked all the basics--- Did a comp test of #6 = 175 psi good, no signal pulse @ #6 injector (used a noid light)
Weird,It has 20 inches vac "steady" @ idle And 40 psi fuel press.

Also I disconnected several things while running, I get no CEL. It does perform the standard a self test on ign start. The CEL goes out right after start up
The engine currently has 90 seconds on it... need to figure this issue out

Has no codes, runs terrible... shakes, acts really lean (it is) How to fix injector signal for Cyl #6 ??? I ohm'd the harness that's not it.

PCM?

I can't give up yet...I am so close.... HELP This car turned out (restored) sweet, yet...it runs very bad... any help would be appreciated
