I live in central New York and need to find a tuner for my '99 w/'03 Cobra tuner, someone familiar with the SC motor. I also need to have the emission codes restored into the ECM as the previous owner deleted them as he was in Florida and did not need them. All emission components are there but it will not pass inspection due to:
1. Catalyst monitor-I have no cats but have had a Mustang pass without cats before with the rear 02's turned off.
2. EVAP monitor
3. 02 exhaust gas sensor-is the front or rear 02?
4. 02 heated sensor-not ready
5. EGR/VVT-not ready

I use Pete Johnson ~ Performance Dyno in Loudon, NH .... I'm sear Saratoga and he's about 3 hours from my door!
