98 Cobra Tick
I've done a lot of research on this and it could be a number of things.
My 4v has a tick/knock it ticks when i start it and heavy smoke comes out of the tail pipes also when I give it a good rev. The car drives fine just the tick and the smoke. The tick goes away when it warms up but when the rpms drop you can hear the tick start again and then just go away.
My TOB also squeaks and clutch pedal rattles.
