I saw a 99 SVT for 3800$ but it needs a engin rebult, are the parts a lot of $ ? Or just change the moter, I have seen some for 2500$ to 3500$, I would do the work my self, what do you guys think?

 

That seems like alot of $ for an engine that needs to be rebuilt. especially when you can get a new Mach 1 motor for $5800.

But I think the car is in a bad shape, the ad said
(it needs engin rebult and minor body work) for 3800$ it would a good project car if the engin does not cost too mush to rebult, you could put in a used one, but you do not what your going to get, thats why I was asking how mush does cost to rebult a Corba engin.

 

I would buy the car and do the minor body work and then drop in the 03/04 Cobra block with a Kenne Bell, but thats just me.

 

You can get a 99 Cobra for $3800. Hell yes it is worth it. If you don't buy it tell me where it is at and I will.
