I was wondering, I want to put an off road x-pipe on my 99 cobra, has anyone else done this? How much more power, and fuel milage does it give? Also, how much is the sound of the car effected? Finally, I do not have to do emmisions where I live, but is it still illegal not to have cats on a vehicle? Thanks all!
