Just bought '16 Ecoboost Premium yesterday bus is it V6..?

If it were a V6 model, it would be the ~300 HP 3.7, and is not an Ecoboost motor.

Ecoboost would be the 2.5 I4 at ~310 HP.

NONE of the V6 or V8s are Ecoboost.

Definitely a base model, not a premium model and you can get that regardless of which engine you choose. V6's, in the S550's will always be base models. Ford never offered the V6 in premium trim but the Ecoboost and GT's were both available in base and premium trims and your's is definitely a base trim.
