Default 2000 Mustang GT (Bolt-ons/Gears) vs Stock 01 Z28

So we got a new intern at work that's been telling me about his buddy's stock z28. I know these cars are pretty nasty to begin with (let alone with mods), but is there any way I keep up with this guy if we raced? I'm thinking either from a dig or ~40mph to 100mph. My mods are as follows:

FRPP 3.73 Gears
Ford 21 lb/hr Injectors
K&N Cold Air Intake
Flowmaster Three Chambered Cat-back Exhaust
75mm Trick Flow Throttle Body & Plenum
Short Shifter
Aluminum Driveshaft
Underdrive Pulleys
MM FLSFCs
UPR LCAs
93 Octane SCT Tune

If the car is well maintained and he can drive you will lose. How much is really the question.. I could be off but I see your setup hitting mid 13s @ 105ish? Would make it pretty close I would think from a dig.

Any idea if he is auto or manual?

Definitely can hit mid 13's but 102-103 tops and 40-100 I would say he wins anywhere from 1-3 cars but from a dig if you can launch you have a chance to jump out and hold him off but after 70mphbc he will be rolling on up to you!

That's exactly what I expect from my setup. He's an auto, and fairly new (only had the car for a couple months). I'm thinking from a dig would increase his chances of messing up/spinning his wheels too much.

Any difference if I throw the intern in his car, lol? He's maybe 160 soaking wet.

Could be a good race up to 100mph. Better be on your toes though

To give you an idea here is a video of me running (my guess poorly driven) 6sp 99 z28 with a hypertech tunner and a flowmaster cat back. My car had a few bolt on's and trapped 102.56 in the 1/4 and thats about where you should be.

1st run camaro missed 3rd and 2nd run was clean 20-130

I want to kick that Camaro driver in the nuts, lol. Good run, you were driving the hell out of that 2V.
