Default C&L/Predator advice

Quick question, I'm new to this.. I just ordered my CAI/PredatorTuner from C&L (2010 v6). But I have converted my car to dual exhaust. If these tunes account for only single exhaust (stock v6) will this effect anything? Or is there a way to customize the tune to tell it there is more flow capacity? Or does it not matter since that particular CAI is only going to pull it's max airflow anyways? I'm confusing myself at this point...Any help is appreciated. This is what I ordered.. http://www.cnlperformance.com/05-06v6.html

The exhaist change will not require any changes to the tunes, you're good to go.

New question for ya

Right now my tank is 1/2 full of mixed octane. Wife filled it about 7 days ago with 89. I topped it off when about 1/2 full with 91.

Now, I installed the C&L CAI with no issues. I installed the 87 performance tune figuring as long as I run an octane above the spec tune (87,91.etc..) it should be ok until I can empty this tank and fill with 91 and swap to the 91 performance tune.

My questions are two:

1. Is this ok (running a higher octane than the tune) and not damage anything or should I go back to stock tune until I fill up next time?

2. When I do upgrade to the 91 tune do I need to reset to the stock tune first or can I just select the 91 and install over the 87?

Ty in advance.

1. Yes, that is fine.

2. Nope, just flash the 91 tune over the 87 tune and you're good to go!

Cool. Even with the 87 tune there is a good improvement in throttle response and takes much less throttle to get her up to speed, eager to get the 91 on her. Really happy with this. Thanks!
